We’re very excited to welcome new faces to Warnick and Semder with open arms! We hope that once you arrive for your scheduled appointment, you ask any questions you have and take the time to get familiar with our dental office. As part of your role as a new patient, we ask that you fill out all necessary forms and consider your payment options. If you have questions about your future care, don’t hesitate to give our dental office a call!
When you pull into our practice’s parking lot, give us a call to let us know you’ve arrived. You’ll stay in your car as a staff member brings you some paperwork on a clipboard for you to fill out. Once you’ve completed these forms, we’ll escort you into the practice to one of our operatories to begin your appointment. We appreciate your patience as we take extra precautions to ensure everyone’s safety and health, and we look forward to meeting your every dental need.
When you give our dental office a call to schedule your first visit, you’ll be met with a friendly greeting and given the opportunity to provide information to our front desk. Afterward, we’ll set up a hygiene appointment. These new patient forms are essential to confirm your needs ahead of time and ensure that your wait is short once you arrive. You’ll be able to highlight medications you’re currently taking as well as any medical conditions we should be aware of.
Dental insurance offers patients a way to make paying for their dental care easier, especially their preventive care. We currently accept insurance plans from the following providers:
Our dental office gladly accepts all dental insurance. However, we are a preferred provider with Delta Dental. If you need help understanding the ins and outs of your dental insurance plan, please follow the link below or give our dental office a call!
Just because you don’t have dental insurance does not mean you shouldn’t have access to the care you need. With programs like Medicaid, dental services do not have to be out of reach. If you do not have dental insurance, our dental office accepts Medicaid from both adults and children. Our front desk will work with you to discuss your payments and make sure that you’re getting the care you need to maintain optimum oral health.
If you either don’t have dental insurance or you need help paying for a certain treatment that’s outside of your coverage, you can work with third-party financing companies like CareCredit! This program makes it easy to pay for treatments in regular installments, whether it’s over the course of 6, 12, 24, 36 or 48 months! To see if you qualify, feel free to apply today via their website or call our dental office to learn more.
